Welcome!

I hope you enjoy this site and find it interesting and informative.  The aim of the site is to give information and benefits regarding fermented foods. This includes milk kefir, kombucha and fermenting vegetables and fruit .  There are tried and tested recipes on the this page, and practical help and how to get started  together with information about probiotics and prebiotics.  There is a lot of information about each topic in the menu at the top (or click on the blue links above).
