2 – 5 pm Fermented Vegetables Workshop
Venue – Upper Beeding
Fermented foods are full of probiotics and goodness. Come along and learn the basic of fermented vegetables. There will be discussions on the benefits of fermenting food and also on pre and probiotics.
There will be demonstrations on how to make basic sauerkraut, ferment cherry tomatoes and making spicy cucumber relish. Bring a small glass jar so that you can take away some freshly made
